I've always been the type of person who enjoys jewelery, but doesn't like to spend a lot on it . Only recently have I discovered where to get inexpensive costume jewelery that's not only beautiful, but stylish. Some of these stores include World Market, Target, Payless, and Belks. I'd love to know what are your go to places for costume jewelry!
